Preset Troubleshooting

• WHen loading your new presets into Lightroom it may flag it as a ‘partially Incompatible Preset’

  -No need to worry! This is due to the special color profile I have created for each preset and will not affect the performance.

  -Click Don’t Show Again then ‘OK’

  -You may have to Click on ‘Show Partially Incompatible Presets’

  -See below on how to find it!

• If you have downloaded your presets correctly and are still not seeing them…

  -Go into your Lightroom App
  -Act like you’re going to edit a photo and stroll to your presets in the bottom right.
  -Click on the three dots in the upper right corner
  -Click on ‘Show Partially Incompatible Presets’ (it should now be in blue)
  Don’t worry, this does not affect the performance of your presets.

Desktop

• LiGhtroom no longer uses .lrtemplate files and has switched to .xmp files therefore, make sure to update your lightroom if your presets aren’t working on an earlier version.
